Project Manager - Water and Wastewater

Job description5+ years of experience in water / wastewater systems, pump stations, or treatment plants. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil or Environmental). Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or able to obtain within 6 months. Experience with pump stations, water storage, and pipeline design. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants. Proven ability to coordinate project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and issue resolution. Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater (or WaterCAD / SewerCAD) is desirable. Over 65 years of experience in water utilities. Completed hundreds of pipeline projects, including new, replacement, and rehabilitation projects up to 120 inches in diameter. Biosolids Handling Facility Design and Master Planning Facility Optimization Instrumentation, Control, and SCADA Process and Equipment Selection Regulatory Compliance Treatment Facilities

Position Overview : Halff is seeking a Water and Wastewater Project Manager in Little Rock, AR. This role involves managing water and wastewater distribution, collection systems, pump / lift stations, and treatment plants.
- Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
- Manage quality assurance and control to meet or exceed client expectations and comply with standards and codes.
- Support construction administration and lead or assist with permitting efforts.
