About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-tech data centre construction project in Finland. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the project from planning to completion, including fit-out packages , ensuring quality, safety, and schedule targets are met. This is a unique opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art facility with a leading international construction contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the data centre project, including fit-out packages , ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement quality control procedures to meet technical and contractual requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
