Project Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to work in an industrial project in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Finland. The job will start on 11-12 / 2025, and the estimated duration is 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of construction project from pre-construction to completion.
• Leading contractor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
• Coordinating site activities, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitoring progress, budgets, and safety standards, and reporting to senior management.
• Managing relationships with contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Supporting commissioning, handover, and project closure activities.
