JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced OFCI Package Manager to join a major data center construction project in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. This is a project-based role starting immediately, with an expected duration of approximately three years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities : Act as the confident technical and process lead, serving as the key interface with client-appointed vendors.Discuss and escalate OFCI-related matters with the Client and other stakeholders to support project delivery.Manage the OFCI team to ensure that works are engineered, planned, and installed in line with project requirements.Coordinate with key project stakeholders to support engineering, scheduling, and commissioning needs.Ensure all vendor equipment aligns with construction requirements and the overall project programme.Lead weekly meetings with the client, OFCI vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.Monitor and report on OFCI package progress.Identify and escalate issues and risks for mitigation.Provide oversight, guidance, and technical expertise to mitigate contract disputes.Ensure client security and confidentiality are maintained at all times.Requirements : Minimum 7 years of experience with an M&E Contractor.Qualified Electrical Engineer.Strong negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.Proficient in engineering-related systems software.Proven experience on large-scale construction projects is essential.Additional Information : The employment contract will be made directly with our client.To apply, please submit your application via the provided link along with your CV in English.Interviews will be conducted during the application period, and the position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is identified.Please note : For privacy reasons, we cannot accept applications via email or WhatsApp.
