Senior Project Manager - Water and Wastewater - Panama City Beach or Tallahassee, FL

Halff has an immediate opening for a Water and Wastewater Utilities Senior Project Manager in our Tallahassee or Panama City Beach, FL office locations.

  • Responsible for projects, working with the team leader to develop plans, specifications, and other contract documents for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and pipelines.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients.
  • Oversee project design, manage staff, and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Participate in marketing, project reporting, forecasting, and client invoicing.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Licensed PE, preferably in Florida, or able to obtain licensure within 6 months.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting Water / Wastewater Utility projects, including pipeline and treatment plant planning and design.
  • Ability to work independently and make effective decisions.
  • Strong project prioritization and management skills, with the ability to lead technical teams.
  • Experience in pump station, water storage, and pipeline design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
