Requirements

• Native or fluent Finnish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role.
• A valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory to be eligible for this position.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers and resolving issues effectively.
