Marketing Manager BYD Finland

Marketing Manager vastaa BYD-brändin kehittämisestä ja kasvattamisesta Suomessa. Rooliin kuuluu Suomen markkinointistrategian suunnittelu ja toteutus, markkina- ja kilpailija-analyysi sekä brändin tunnettuuden kasvattaminen.

Keskeiset vastuualueet:

• Vuosittaisen markkinointistrategian ja suunnitelman laatiminen ja toteutus

• Mainonnan, digitaalisten kampanjoiden, tapahtumien ja muiden brändiaktiviteettien koordinointi

• Markkinointibudjetin hallinta ja ROI:n optimointi

• Markkina- ja kilpailija-analyysit sekä markkinoinnin tuloksellisuuden kehittäminen ja seuranta

• PR-, media- ja vaikuttajasuhteiden kehittäminen sekä PR- ja mediatoimistoyhteistyön jatkuva parantaminen

• Jälleenmyyjien markkinointisuunnitelmien ja -toimenpiteiden koordinointi ja tukeminen

• Markkinointimateriaalien, verkkosivujen, SoME-kavavien ja jälleenmyyjäviestinnän lokalisointi brändiohjeiden mukaisesti

Odotukset: Soveltuva korkeakoulututkinto ja min. 8+ vuoden kokemus senioritason markkinointitehtävistä, mielellään autoalalta tai kuluttajabrändien parissa. Tehtävässä tarvitaan vahvaa digimarkkinoinnin osaamista, hyviä viestintä- ja yhteistyötaitoja sekä itsenäistä ja tulosorientoitunutta työskentelyotetta. Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito on edellytys. Tehtävä on kokoaikainen ja työskentelypaikka sijaitsee Helsingissä.

Lyhyesti: Monipuolinen senioritason markkinointirooli, jossa yhdistyvät strateginen markkinointi, brändin rakentaminen, PR, jälleenmyyjämarkkinoinnin koordinointi ja budjettivastuu.

About the role

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to build the brand from 0-1 and drive sales in the Finnish market. This position plays a critical role in marketing planning and analysis, localization, public relations management, dealer marketing supervision, and budget steering and need strong collaboration ability.

The Key responsibilities will be:

• Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and annual plans for the brand, aligning with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines.

• Brand Promotion and Awareness: Collaboratively work with the European PR and Event team, for all marketing activities execution in the region such as National Events, advertising, digital campaigns... to enhance the brand awareness and influence.

• Public Relations: Maintain a good relationship with press, media, agencies, social influencer in relation with the PR Manager to ensure visibility and reputation of the brand and product stories and handle public relations issues promptly.

• Dealer Marketing Management: Supervise Dealer Marketing Plans and executions and provide dealers with marketing support and guidance.

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research on the region and monitor competitor activities. Conduct post event analysis to understand effectiveness of action and feed this information into the marketing plan process.
  Budget Management: Take responsibility of steering marketing budget, ensure the rational use of the marketing funds and optimize the ROI.

• Brand Ambassador: Be the brand Ambassador of the region within industry and key media.

• Localization and Compliance Management: Take responsibility for ensuring dealer websites, signage and any marketing materials are localized, up to date, and in compliance with BYD CI policy.

• Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Country Manager and senior management to support the company’s growth objectives.
  

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

• University Degree in Marketing, Sales or commercial disciplines.

• Solid Experience in Automotive industry or Branded Retail Products.

• 8+ years of experience in roles related to Marketing management in Automotive business.

• Excellent Digital skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.

• Resilient and open minded.

• Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.

• Effective and eloquent communicator in English & Finnish language is mandatory (Other European languages and/or Mandarin Chinese would be a plus).
