Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with at least 3 years of experience in building data-driven applications and integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern data storage and retrieval systems, advanced SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks, along with experience working in Unix/Linux environments.This role focuses on developing scalable backend services, building robust data pipelines, and enabling seamless system integration across enterprise platforms. Exposure to telecom domain systems and datasets is beneficial but not mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications for data processing and integration.Develop backend services using Python and integrate with web-based presentation layers.Write clean, maintainable, and performance-optimized code.Data Engineering & Query OptimizationDevelop and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale datasets.Work with modern relational and non-relational databases.Ensure high performance, scalability, and data integrity.ETL & Data IntegrationDesign and implement ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.Integrate systems using:SFTP (file-based integration)APIs (REST/SOAP)Kafka (real-time streaming)Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and integrations.Scripting & Unix OperationsDevelop automation scripts for data workflows and system operations.Work within Unix/Linux environments for monitoring, scheduling, and troubleshooting.Web & Data PresentationSupport integration of backend services with web applications and reporting tools.Enable data availability for dashboards and analytics platforms.Advanced(desirable) capabilities:Work with graph data models and knowledge graphs.Develop queries using RDF and SPARQL.Required SkillsStrong experience in software development or data engineering roles.Strong programming experience in Python.Advanced proficiency in SQL and database concepts.Experience with modern data storage technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL).Hands-on experience with ETL tools/pipelines and data integration.Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting.Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to telecom OSS/BSS domainExperience working with telecom datasets such as CDRs, usage, or operational data.Knowledge of Apache Kafka or similar streaming platforms.Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune).Experience with RDF, SPARQL, or semantic technologies.Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
