We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Finnish Speaking Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will ensure that our Finnish-speaking customers receive top-tier service and support, enhancing their overall experience with our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, assisting them through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, effectively resolve issues, and provide comprehensive information about our products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service processes based on customer insights and experiences.
  • Stay updated on product lines and company policies to offer accurate and effective support.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and discuss opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the training of new team members by sharing your knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedicated customer-centric approach.
  • Capability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
