Public Funding Manager

To accelerate our innovation and growth, we are looking for a Public Funding Manager to support Helen's clean energy transition, especially through our Small Modular Reactor (SMR) program. Join the multi-talented New Business team to shape the future of sustainable energy.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, securing, and optimizing public funding streams (EU and national) for Helen's SMR and other strategic development areas to enable and accelerate our innovation pipeline.
• Strategic public funding for Helen : building a multi-year funding roadmap aligned with Helen's strategy, monitoring emerging EU instruments, and positioning Helen to achieve maximum RDI impact
• Funding Opportunity Scouting : continuously monitoring and analyzing EU and national funding calls relevant to Helen's project and RDI pipeline, assessing eligibility criteria and ensuring compliance with call requirements
• Coordinating and preparing proposal processes together with business units
• Active participation in new business development and scouting for new opportunities
• Identifying New Business Opportunities with cross-organizational teams
