About ODDfest

We’re moving forward with validation, momentum, and huge interest. Now we’re looking for someone who wants to help push ODDfest onward—commercially, creatively, and entrepreneurially.

The Role

Head of Partnerships & Funding

This is not a standard “sales role.” It’s a chance to co-build a cultural movement and ensure it has the business power to scale.

As Head of Partnerships & Funding, you’ll :

  • Drive partnerships, sponsorships, and creative collaborations with leading companies.
  • Unlock new funding streams through foundations, grants, and public institutions .
  • Shape how ODDfest grows—commercially, culturally, and strategically.
  • Experiment with new models and bring your own entrepreneurial ideas to the table.
  • Work hand in hand with Founder Ronny Eriksson , influencing both vision and execution.

    • You won’t just be selling - you’ll be architecting growth for one of the most exciting new platforms in the Nordics.

    • Who You Are

  • A natural connector and dealmaker with experience in sales, partnerships, or fundraising .
  • Someone who sees culture not just as entertainment, but as an engine for impact and growth .
  • Entrepreneurial : You like freedom, responsibility, and building things from scratch.
  • Comfortable in both boardrooms and backstage , moving between CEOs, artists, and funders.
  • Fluent in English (Finnish / Swedish are a plus).
