This role plays a key part in shaping how we operate across all factories worldwide, ensuring harmonized practices, efficient tools, and impactful reporting.Location is in Vantaa, Finland (or other major Valmet Flow Control site).
• Act as the global process owner for production planning and customer order scheduling, including tools, reporting, and lead time management.
• Drive the development and implementation of planning tools across new countries and sites.
• Train and support local teams in adopting global processes and best practices.
• Define and develop common KPIs to support performance management across global teams.
• Ensure efficient utilization of planning tools and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales Support, Project Units, and external partners to enhance systems and tools.##
• To be successful in this role
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of M3 ERP, Kinaxis, Power BI, MS Office, and Lean tools.
• Proven track record in process development and implementation.
• Experience in global manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in English; Finnish is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and across cultures.##
