We are looking for a Solution Manager, Engineering System, to our Engineering Development team in Porvoo, Finland. The Solution Manager is responsible for system reliability, maintenance and development. The selected person acts as the single point of contact in all development, maintenance, efficiency and documentation.

The target for the Solutions Manager role is to develop project information flow, change management and the transparency of engineering work. The solution is Aveva Engineering and requires administrative and maintenance tasks that support updates to the engineering work processes.

The job is located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, about 30 minutes by car from central Helsinki. We organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti from the capital region, Porvoo and nearby areas. Generally, some presence at the office is required and partial remote work is possible.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End accountability for solution delivery and success, including planning, roadmapping, development, maintenance and continuous efficiency improvement
• Ensure the solution delivers value to the business and promotes user satisfaction
• Responsible for solution governance with Business, IT and partners
• Lead the partner ecosystem and drive partner success with collaboration
• Ensure compliance regarding licenses, audits, security and other compliance items
• Provide in-depth understanding of the solution area on business processes, application functionality and dataflows
• Ensure correctness of the solution knowledge base to ensure high-quality user support
• Ensure effectiveness and continual improvement
• Act as Project Manager on system development projects

You will engage in active communication with project stakeholders and collaborate with engineering disciplines, Digitalization, IT, vendors and business area management. You will report to the Manager of Engineering Management.
