Overview

Valio International Food Solutions Sales is part of BU Powders, which is part of Valio’s Growth Businesses and R&D corporate function. The main function of Valio’s International Food Solution Sales is to :

• Develop international B2B sales and ensure the best value for Valio’s ingredient- and value-added ingredient-portfolios
• Manage and develop customer relationships for outstanding customer experience
• Provide professional and high standard export processes of Valio’s products to our customers

We have a customer-centric sales team of Account Managers and Customer Development Managers as well as a Customer Care team to manage order-to-cash process for our international customers and subsidiaries.

Now we are looking for Export Coordinator – Customer Care team, permanent position, starting .

Valio is the biggest food exporter in Finland. Valio’s International Food Solution Sales team is serving industrial and retail customers in 50 different countries. As an Export Coordinator you will have a key role in creating value for customers through Valio's export process. Export Coordinator works independently, but in close cooperation with Account Managers and Customer Development Managers and other Valio functions and subsidiaries. Together they take care of the named customer accounts, delivering excellent customer service. The Valio HQ is located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.
