Business Development Manager

Overview

Hiab is a world leader in smart and sustainable on-road load-handling solutions. We offer aftermarket solutions, including spare parts, maintenance, accessories and digital solutions. Each core offering operates as a standalone business unit (BU) owning its P&L. The role of Business Development Manager, within Hiab's Digital Business Unit, drives the growth of our digital offerings across designated markets or customer segments. This position is open for Helsinki, Finland.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hiab's digital portfolio sales and business growth across target markets
• Accountable for pipeline development and management in SF-CRM
• Collaborates with regional / local sales teams to drive sales enablement and execution
• Collects customer and market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions
• Acts as a bridge between customer-facing teams and product development
• This position requires frequent customer visits and travel.
