Overview

Role Purpose : To support the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency is maximized.

Responsibilities

  • Creating partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.
  • Support the program management team to maximise enrolment for study abroad programs or higher study courses or university abroad programs.
  • Assist the team in achieving the student recruitment target for each intake and sustain strong relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
  • Use customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  • Conduct business meetings and provide training to new recruiting partners regularly.
  • Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce costs and increase profits, including presenting company offerings to potential partners and negotiating business deals.
  • Market research to identify new business opportunities with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue them.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in a leadership role within the student recruitment industry.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Solving : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Acu men : A solid understanding of business principles and strategy.
  • Orientation : Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks.
  • Experience of B2B Sales in Edtech / Education Industry / Agent Network / Institutions is mandatory.
