Responsibilities
- Provide superior support to Finnish-speaking customers, focusing on fostering strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries concerning accounts, products, and loyalty programs with professionalism and care.
- Proactively engage with customers to offer updates, resolve issues, and gather invaluable feedback for service improvement.
- Promote loyalty programs, clearly communicating benefits to encourage sustained engagement with the brand.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to recommend enhancements in overall customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and insights in the CRM system for ongoing improvement efforts.
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.Experience in customer service or customer loyalty positions, particularly within retail or service industries.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset towards customer engagement and issue resolution.Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to diverse customer needs.Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Benefits
