Clean, prepare, and refresh guest rooms and suites to the resort’s luxury standards.
Ensure all amenities are fully stocked and presented with attention to detail.
Follow strict hygiene protocols, especially in bathrooms and high-touch areas.
Report maintenance needs or damages promptly to relevant departments.
Handle guest items and privacy with the utmost discretion and care.
Ensure fresh, high-quality linen and towels are available for all rooms.
Restock carts and storage rooms daily, ensuring readiness for each shift.
Report low inventory and assist in monthly stock counts.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Respond quickly to special requests, last-minute changes, or guest-specific preferences.
A professional, reliable, and service-minded approach to all tasks and guest interactions.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are considered a plus).
Previous experience in housekeeping or luxury hospitality is highly valued, though not mandatory.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak guest periods.
As this is a seasonal position requiring full-time availability, only candidates with valid work permits allowing full-time employment in Finland are eligible to apply.
