Are you fluent in Swedish and looking for a rewarding (remote) opportunity based in Greece? At Mercier Consultancy MD , we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swedish Speaking Customer Representative.

This role allows you to work remotely while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and culture of Greece, making a significant impact in our customer service department.

Your Role :

Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Familiarize yourself with our client systems to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies suited for remote work.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
