Are you fluent in Danish and eager to take on an exciting (remote) role? At Mercier Consultancy MD , we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Danish Speaking Customer Representative to join our team.

Your Role :

Deliver exceptional support to Danish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with care and professionalism.
Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Become familiar with our client systems to provide high-quality assistance efficiently.
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication with clients.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, focused on customer satisfaction.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies suitable for remote work.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to relocate to Greece for this exciting opportunity!
