AI Architect

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced AI Architect to join our fun-loving bunch! We are looking for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise with the ability to influence sales, shape architectures, and guide clients on their AI journey.

What is the job like, really?  🤔

You’ll be part of our Data, Analytics & AI team, working alongside top designers, software engineers, and data experts on meaningful business challenges. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, helping them understand how AI can create real value, designing architectures that scale, and especially deploying custom solutions. We’re building something new, and you’ll play a key role in our proof-of-concepts and early-stage solution design. You’ll also work with our sales teams, identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and ensuring our AI solutions stand out in the market.

Our customer base and the scope of our projects are wide, from small start-ups to globally large enterprises, and from legacy-type maintenance to advanced projects with AI and ML. You can find examples of our work on our customers page.

Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities.

☘️ Consult clients on the best uses of AI for their business

☘️ Design scalable AI architectures and document technical blueprints

☘️ Support business development and sales, from a technical perspective

☘️ Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concepts

☘️ Take on the role of technical lead, ensuring delivery quality and technical clarity

☘️ Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences

☘️ Share knowledge and mentor others, from junior engineers to cross-functional partners

What are we looking for?

We don’t expect you to be a unicorn, but the more you know about the following, the better :

🎯 Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to pivot between technical deep-dives and executive summaries

🎯 Strong experience in AI / ML architectures or technical solution design, we value especially experience in generative AI or scaling LLM-based solutions

🎯 Proven track record supporting enterprise sales teams in AI or SaaS environments

🎯 Strong understanding of Databricks, Fabric, and / or GCP, especially their AI / ML services

🎯 Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain, Autogen, or Azure AI Foundry

🎯 Ability to balance technical depth with strategic business insight

🎯 Strong proficiency in English. Finnish is considered an advantage.

Seen as an advantage :

💯 Experience in agentic AI architectures

💯 Knowledge of Commerce business

💯 Familiarity with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management

💯 Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services
