Salesforce Solution Architect

OverviewWe are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our growing Salesforce practice at Futurice. This is a key role where you'll blend strategic architectural vision with hands-on delivery—guiding clients and teams through successful Salesforce implementations. Whether you're configuring, coding, or advising on platform architecture, you’ll support clients throughout the full lifecycle—from sales and scoping to go-live and beyond. Your role will focus on ensuring that our solutions are well-architected, cost-efficient, and aligned with business outcomes.What You’ll DoLead the architecture and solution design of Salesforce projects.Support sales and early engagement phases with technical insight and solution scoping.Take a hands-on role in configuration and / or custom development (e.g., Apex, LWC).Design secure, scalable integration patterns and data models.Guide clients through technical decision-making and roadmap planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real business value.What Helps You Succeed5+ years in software development and / or Salesforce solution design.Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other major clouds.Hands-on experience in configuration and / or development (Apex, LWC, Flow, etc.).Ability to lead client conversations on architecture, roadmap, and platform strategy.Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices.Fluency in English (Finnish is highly preferred).Bonus SkillsExperience in Salesforce Industry Solutions or Data Cloud.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Integration Architect).Broader tech stack knowledge (e.g., cloud platforms, web apps, integration tools).Agile delivery experience or background in consulting.Domain experience in telecom, public sector, health, or transport is considered a strong plus.Futurice offers youBesides our overall cultural and organizational model, we support your growth as a professional.
