As Area Sales Manager - Laundry Central Finland you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a proactive and self-driven individual who thrives on accountability, values collaboration, and consistently sets high standards. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and credibility, while applying a structured approach to achieving both short- and long-term business goals. With the opportunity to lead diverse sales projects, this position is ideal for someone eager to make a tangible impact. Residency within the district is preferred, and a home office setup is available.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Responsible for sales for laundry products in Finland. Both customers and Partners

Understand and communicate Electrolux Professional Value propositions

Maintain / develop a strong network of existing and new customers, both organisations and individuals.

Execute new product launches in close collaboration and guidance with the local team.

Maintain the highest level of customer focus and ensure industry-leading customer satisfaction for all customers as required. Proactively coordinating with other important functions to attend best value for customer.

Continuously develop product knowledge and attain the highest level of knowledge.

Create and update business development plans with continuous monitoring of sales effectiveness. GOAL : zero core business loss

Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Be a professional colleague and team player, conducting business ethically, responsibly and in accordance to Electrolux Professional corporate guidelines

Achieving set sales targets

Actively drive and be accountable for assigned projects

Work environment responsibility according to delegation.

WE THINK YOU’LL THRIVE IF YOU

Fluent in spoken and written Finnish is mandatory, good English skills

Minimum of 5 years in sales or other relevant experience. Industry experience within SMB, B2B, and retail is an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on the customer

Knowledge of CRM system

IT literate
