Job Summary

As a Finnish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects within the Finnish market. Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll create meaningful connections with decision-makers and book qualified meetings that contribute directly to the company’s revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients in Finnish through email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects to create high-value opportunities.
  • Research accounts to understand their business needs and identify decision-makers.
  • Book product demonstrations and introductory calls for the Account Executive team.
  • Keep the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) updated with accurate lead data.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Finnish language proficiency (written and spoken), with strong English communication skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by growth opportunities.
  • Prior experience using CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
