• Job Description
• You will be managing complex ASIC development projects for Consumer Electronics
• Within the dedicated projects youare responsible fortargets with respect to scope, time, quality and budget
• As a central contact person, you coordinatetasks with internal and external stakeholders, includingfoundry business partners
• Based on your monitoring you reportthe project statusto relevant stakeholders
• Development and implementation of recovery plans for unforeseen occurrences
• You lead,supportand motivate a cross functional team in an international and global environment
• Qualifications
• Personality :
• You are a strong and self-driven leader. You aren't afraid of talking to stakeholders and team membersand you can convince and inspire others with your ideas. Enthusiastic and creative team player,willingness to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment, assertive and analytical.

• Experience and Knowledge :
• Deep knowledge of mixed signal ASIC design and semi-conductor processes required; Solid professional experience in IC development and demonstrable experience in leading ateam in technical projects
• Language :
• Proficient English language skills (C1), German and Finnish are plus.
• Education :
• Degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar technology related programs.
