DevOps Consultant (Platform Engineering) - Eficode

We’re looking for DevOps consultants with Platform Engineering experience to join us.

Your role :

• Work on various customer projects in software development – joining us in delivering real solutions. This is a hands-on role, less about meetings and more about rolling up your sleeves and building things
• Actively seek answers and solutions to our customers' questions and challenges – you need to be able to communicate and implement things efficiently
• Collaborate with other teams across Eficode bringing different expertise

Who are we looking for :

Below are some of the areas and technologies we focus on, which will feature in the customer projects you’ll work on. Naturally, DevOps and software cover a broad range of concepts and tools, so we don’t expect you to be an expert of it all.

We look for someone with general (3+ years) experience in the DevOps & Software world, and hands on experience in for example :

• Platform Engineering : backstage.io, Red Hat Developer Hub, Port.io, Atlassian Compass, Cortex, Roadie and integrating these to various SDLC tools
• Software Development, especially React, Typescript, Node.js
• IaC : Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, Ansible, or similar
• Cloud and related technologies like Kubernetes and public cloud providers
• CI / CD : Github Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Argo CD
• AI : Because our mission is to build the future of software development and AI is definitely part of it, we would appreciate working with people who have a strong interest in AI assistants and understand how they work. It’s even better if you already have experience in using them

Other skills :

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven capacity to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders— essential for success in a consulting role
• Consulting experience is an advantage
• An open mind to develop, learn, and share your knowledge
• Finnish language is not a requirement but an asset due to some customers working in Finnish only

Please note that this role is available in Helsinki or Tampere and requires you to be living in Finland near one of our offices in either of the cities. The position is hybrid-remote.
