In this role, you’ll design, build, and deploy production-ready AI applications . You’ll combine data engineering skills, applied machine learning, and light full stack development to move ideas from prototypes into scalable enterprise solutions. Working closely with architects, product managers, and data scientists, you’ll help shape how we bring advanced AI into real-world use. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy applications using LLMs , RAG pipelines , embeddings , and vector databases .* Contribute to building agent-based systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.* Design and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, ensuring quality, governance, and scalability.* Apply MLOps / LLMOps practices containerization, CI / CD, monitoring, and evaluation to make systems production-ready.* Support application integration by building APIs and collaborating with front-end teams to connect AI models to business use cases.* Deliver solutions across Azure AI Foundry , AWS Sagemaker , GCP Vertex , and contribute to our future direction in Sovereign AI . What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English are mandatory to successfully operate in our customer interface* Experience : 3+ years in AI / ML engineering, data engineering, or software development, with proven contributions to production systems .* Data & Engineering Mindset : Comfortable with data pipelines , SQL / NoSQL systems , and governance principles .* Collaboration & Growth : A builder who enjoys solving problems across data, AI, and applications, and who thrives in cross-functional teams. Technical Expertise : * Strong skills in Python , with working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript for integration.* Hands-on with ML / AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace).* Familiarity with LLMs , retrieval pipelines , embeddings , and vector databases .* Experience with cloud ML platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex) and containerized deployments (Docker / Kubernetes). Preferred Qualifications Experience with agent frameworks or early-stage multi-agent systems.* Experience working with multimodal AI (text, vision, speech).* Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, PyRIT, promptfoo) and testing for safety or bias.* Knowledge of Responsible AI practices and regulations such as the EU AI Act.* Contributions to open-source or active engagement in AI developer communities.
