Senior Product Manager (AI Platform)

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our 200+ product development organization and lead the development of our AI Platform that provides the shared foundation for our AI applications. We enable product teams to innovate faster, providing a scalable, reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient AI foundation to deliver impactful solutions.

Smartly is growing, and we need your experience and drive to help us continue at this velocity. As part of this role, you will be working as a member of the AI Platform team. You will have an opportunity to set a vision and strategy for ML and Data Science applications, drive execution, and coach & champion ML competencies at Smartly.

Here's What You'll Do...

• Set and drive the vision and strategy for the application of the AI platform, powering ML and AI applications at Smartly
• Define AI platform product roadmap aligned to our company's bets. You’ll balance quality, safety, and cost, partnering with Security and Legal on governance and with our Product teams on outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, milestones and coordinate resources from other groups (Design, Legal, etc.)
• Establish evaluation standards on quality, safety and privacy.
• Drive adoption across Product teams and publish monthly platform reports.
• Challenge and support colleagues to deliver innovative and high-quality applications based on machine learning
• Validate new ideas and concepts by working closely with our customers
• Partner with recruiting to help scale the team by actively sourcing and closing the best talent
