What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for an experienced and passionate product management professional to ensure the commercial success of Procountor Accounting. This is not just any role. Procountor is a market-leading and strategically critical product, and you will be working with our largest customer group. It is a high impact senior level position with broad responsibility, visibility and plenty of stakeholder interaction.

In this role you will own strategy execution, roadmap creation and delivery, ensuring impact across the entire product lifecycle. This is a full-time permanent position offering a rare opportunity to shape the future of Procountor. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Lead end-to-end product value creation for accounting domain and accounting office audiences
• Research and anticipate future trends in accounting for SMEs and accounting firms
• Drive customer discovery and validation of key problems to solve
• Collaborate with commercial teams and stakeholders for alignment and insights
• Direct and adjust product strategy in a dynamic market environment
• Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing tradeoffs and risks
• Prepare and track investment proposals, cost and profit analyses and estimations
• Define and report KPIs to demonstrate product success
• Own the GTM process, ensuring product and launch readiness

You will shape product direction, drive customer value and deliver tangible impact in a collaborative team environment while working from our Espoo office (preferably a few times a week).
