Adapteo Group, the leading provider of adaptable, sustainable building solutions in Northern Europe, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Product Quality Manager to join our expanding team. This role is essential to ensuring the highest quality standards for our modular building solutions and maintaining compliance across all regions.
As part of our Product Management team, you will take ownership of quality-related processes, work closely with suppliers, and make sure that Adapteo products meet—and exceed—expectations for performance, durability, and compliance.
Responsibilities :
As a Product Quality Manager, you will :
- Conduct regular site visits to external module suppliers and assembly locations across Europe.
- Lead and coordinate quality activities with suppliers and internal teams, including inspections, claims handling, and driving continuous improvements.
- Harmonize and enhance product quality processes, both internally and with our supplier network :
- Define and manage product-specific quality control points.
- Create and maintain quality handbooks for product systems.
- Ensure high-quality shared documentation practices between Adapteo and external module suppliers.
- Own and coordinate product system certifications and external audits, such as CE-marking and SINTEF approvals.
- Support the product lifecycle by developing and maintaining documentation such as assembly handbooks, transport guidelines, and maintenance manuals.
- Collaborate with Product Design and Product Development teams to embed quality thinking into both new and existing solutions.
Qualifications :
We are looking for candidates who have :
A degree in engineering, quality management, or a relevant technical field.Solid experience in quality assurance within modular construction, manufacturing, or building site environments.Understanding of quality systems, supplier quality management, and regulatory compliance in the construction or industrial sectors.A sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to documentation and process improvement.Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across teams and with suppliers.A hands-on, problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive improvements independently or through joint efforts with specialists (e.g., installation professionals).Proactive ownership of quality topics—from identification to resolution and implementation.Fluency in English (written and spoken); other European language skills are an advantage.What We Offer :
