What you’ll do
- Sell impactful executive development solutions that are based on academic research and practice, as a part of Hanken & SSE sales team
- Engage with business decision-makers, understanding their business context and needs, and build inspiring solutions to identified customer needs
- Design and deliver customer-centric and scalable solutions together with our customers and your future colleagues

Ability to generate new businessProven track record of successful solution selling, ideally in consultative and leadership servicesA sharp understanding of today’s business world and the ability to engage confidently with top management in large and middle-sized organisationsThe courage to challenge and ignite new thinking in decision makersGreat account management and customer service skillsAbility to structure your work and utilize modern toolsAlignment with our values : insight, courage, heart, bubbly and commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentStrong communication and presentation skills in both English and Finnish.
