We are looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of our most strategic restaurant partners. In this role, you will be a key driver of growth. You’ll use your sales expertise to :
Deepen existing partnerships and uncover new upsell opportunities to drive growth.Negotiate high-impact campaigns and deals.Ensure operational excellence.Ensure our partners see tangible value in every collaboration with foodora.Your Mission
Own the Relationship : Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with key restaurant chains across Finland.Drive Commercial Growth : Lead negotiations for high impact campaigns and other investment opportunities.Analyze, Strategize, and Execute : Leverage partner data to identify growth levers, then transform those insights into a clear, executable sales plan and winning presentation.Ensure Operational Excellence : Analyze KPIs and data to pinpoint inefficiencies, track progress, and ensure campaigns and vendor operations are driving effective growth.Collaborate for Success : Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance) to ensure your partners are satisfied and profitable.What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management. FMCG, retail, or a food-related sector is a strong plus.A proven track record of driving sales growth and successfully managing commercial partnerships.Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand a client’s business needs and align our services to their goals.A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate client challenges and be hands-on developing solutions before they become issues.Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, with an aptitude for quickly mastering new software and platforms.Fluency in both English and Finnish.Qualifications
