Data System Administrator

Overview

FirstFour Group, the Gulf Coast's preeminent source for information technology recruitment, is currently seeking a Data System Administrator here on the Eastern Shore!

This is an onsite role in Daphne, AL. The client will not consider relocation, visa assistance, or remote options.

This role is responsible for implementing, managing and optimizing business software, ERP systems, and reporting tools. Along with empowering users, this position will provide organization efficiency by troubleshooting challenges, streamlining workflows, and driving automation.

Experience with ERP implementation, including ETL and report building is a must have!

Accountabilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain internal business applications for peak performance and functionality.
• Respond to, prioritize, and resolve application-related incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members, and vendors to solve complex issues.
• Participate in ERP implementation projects, testing, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to ensure systems meet the needs of the organization.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Identify opportunities for improvement through the effective use of the ERP system, other business software, and automation solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and secure custom solutions to solve challenges in all functional areas of the business.
• Participate in the selection, project planning, implementation, and ongoing support of proposed software solutions.
• Develop user-friendly training and process guides and maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and procedures.
