What You'll Be Doing
As our Director, Business Integration , you’ll oversee integrating newly acquired businesses into our products organization—making sure everything from strategy to culture fits together smoothly and delivers the value we planned for.
You work with Product teams and the acquired company to translate the M&A strategy into operational execution that captures synergies, reduces redundancy and enables scalability. You drive the assessment and alignment of systems and processes across merged entities. You also identify and mitigate risks related to people, technology and operations.
In addition to running the post-merger integrations, you’ll also be the go-to person for building cross-functional cooperation and improving how our product teams work together. That means streamlining processes, aligning tools, and helping cross-functional teams operate more efficiently and consistently.
You build trust between teams and organizations and find ways to proceed smoothly and efficiently within given timelines. You guide teams through changes that may seem difficult or complicated. This requires hands-on involvement in the planning and execution of the projects and development initiatives and is a great opportunity to make a difference in our growth journey and for the people around you.
