Your role
We seek a Senior Energy System Analyst to lead complex district energy system modeling projects and digital twin development for energy and utilities companies in Finland and in the broader European market.
You will be part of the versatile Fluidit Heat team. You will support customer projects, perform simulations and analytics, and work directly with clients to onboard their district energy systems. You will also work closely with our technical product development team and support the product marketing and sales teams.
Your role can be as diverse as you are. We want our teams to represent a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in district energy modeling and simulation and several years of client-facing project management experience.A deep understanding of hydraulics and thermodynamics.Driven to become an expert in digital twin modeling solutions (real-time, forecast, etc.).A minimum of a Master’s degree in energy systems, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Effective communication in both team environments and with clients.Excellent written and verbal English.Self-motivated and diligent, with sociable, client-facing skills.Actively seeks opportunities to develop and challenge yourself.You are open to collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.You will be highly regarded if you, in addition :
Have native or well-developed Finnish language skills, or native proficiency in Swedish or German.Have competency in programming (Python, Java) and advanced data analytics.Can demonstrate a strong business mindset to support our sales and customer success teams.Now it is your turn
