Job Description Global mobility trainees assist clients with all aspects of global mobility. Trainees support tax, social security and relocation matters. During the tax busy season trainees often draft tax returns. The role provides insight into global mobility with focus areas varying throughout the traineeship based on interest and yearly support needs. Possible responsibilities include
Drafting individual tax returns and tax applications. Drafting tax calculations. Supporting the team with other global mobility related matters as needed.
Qualifications
Studied in law or economics and business administration (e.g., OTM, KTM) in Finland or equivalent abroad. Completed at least 2 years of studies. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English. Excellent attention to detail and data analysis ability. Personal interest in global mobility and tax; experience living / work / studying abroad. Related work experience from relevant authorities or global mobility consulting firms.
