Lead Expert for Low Code team

Our growing Low Code team is looking for a Lead Expert!

You will work on diverse projects with our experienced software developers. In the team, you can also collaborate with software architects, cloud experts, designers, and project managers. You will work and learn new things with modern technologies, building your own career path according to your interests. We offer meaningful projects, with clients such as Fimea, Kempower, Aimo Park, Verohallinto, and TE-Digi.

What we expect from you

As a Lead Expert, you will act as a leading technical specialist in customer projects and participate in sales work. Lead Expert tasks take up to 50% of your working time. The rest of your time will be spent working with clients as a consultant. You are interested in new trends and want to share your expertise with the team and clients. You will support sales by creating tenders, sales materials, and conducting workshops. You will also work with the People Lead on recruitment and other related activities. We expect you to have a self-directed work approach and a proactive attitude towards customer work.

We hope you are skilled in Power Platform and have worked as a consultant on Low Code solutions in client projects. A proactive approach and positive attitude towards client collaboration are also expected. Several years of hands-on experience with the Power Platform is required.

Skills we look for :

• Experience supporting sales
• Interest in conducting workshops and training
• Fluent Finnish language skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills (company language)
• Expertise in Power Platform :
• Good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and / or other databases
• Understanding of Power Platform licensing
