We started in 2019, and we ended that year with six consultants and one person running the business. Today, we have approximately 70 consultants and offices in Helsinki, Turku, Oslo, and Stockholm.

We have grown to serve both large and small clients, private and public sectors, domestic and international. They all share the need for experienced software consultants. We believe that our promise is still the most competitive on the market for experienced developers.

Looking for a Cloud Architect to join Mavericks

Are you enthusiastic about cloud migrations and breaking monoliths to microservices or even all the way up to serverless? Then you might just be what we are looking for!

We are looking for new Mavericks with extensive cloud experience to join our clients’ teams that are operating in different domains and with a variety of cloud environments.

Ideally you already have multiple years of relevant experience developing and scaling cloud infrastructure across large projects. You are comfortable with AWS / Azure / GCP designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions while being able to lead and mentor a team of software professionals when needed.

Your key responsibilities could look something like this :

• Lead the development and deployment of cloud-based applications
• Design and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, goals, and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative cloud solutions
• Drive automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and best practices in cloud development
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other team members

Fair compensation – All of our consultants are compensated based on the revenue they generate. We favor equal treatment and use the same compensation model for everyone. The gross salary is 50.7% of the billing, which usually means approximately €6750–8000 / month.

Top projects to choose from – Our consultants can freely choose their projects from our large client base. In addition to our own sales, we cooperate with Finland's top consulting companies to find the most suitable and interesting projects for our consultants' needs.
