Location : Finland – Remote (must be based in Finland and eligible for SUPO Security Clearance) or in one of our offices in Helsinki, Kouvola, Kotka, Lahti or Pori.

Role Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and client-focused Senior IAM Consultant to deliver and support IAM / IGA solutions across a range of platforms. You’ll work directly with clients to implement IAM technologies, resolve complex issues, and ensure solutions meet business and security requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, mentoring others, and engaging with clients to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Implementation : Configure and deploy IAM / IGA solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. Programming experience , and knowledge in SQL & databases is desired.
Manage escalated tickets and incidents, troubleshoot complex IAM issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high client satisfaction.
Cross-Platform Expertise : Work across multiple IAM platforms and be open to cross-training into new technologies as needed.
Governance & Compliance : Support clients in aligning IAM processes with compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
Guide junior consultants, share best practices, and contribute to internal technical resources.
Client Engagement : Conduct workshops and presentations to help clients understand IAM concepts and the value of tailored solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Fluent in Finnish and English.

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM / IGA solution delivery.

Proficiency in SQL & databases

Experience with at least one major IAM platform - One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Entra ID Governance, ForgeRock, Ping, Saviynt or Omada for example

Understanding of IAM concepts, such as lifecycle management, role modelling, and RBAC , and access management concepts such as SSO, MFA, and Identity Federation.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of IAM governance and compliance frameworks.

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
