In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its efficient use and continuous improvement within our organization.About the role : Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business needsDevelop and maintain customer ServiceNow environments (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR, CSM)Gather requirements and define technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholdersProvide technical support and guidance to the development teamEnsure that solutions are scalable, secure, and performantApply best practices and development standards in ServiceNow environmentsMentor colleagues and recommend cost-effective solutions that leverage the customer's licensed functionalities and platform capabilitiesKeep up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and recommend the adoption of new features according to customer needsCollaborate closely with customers to develop innovative solutions to support their businessBe responsible for platform design and enable process digitalization through automation and workflow functionsDesign a functional and customer-centric CMDB solution and ensure its integration with Discovery and external data sources. Understand CMDB Governance principlesSupport the Pre-Sales team and participate in RFI and RFP processes as a technical expert (SME)To succeed in this role, we expect you to have : Solid, practical experience with ITIL Service Management processes and their applicationSeveral years of experience with ServiceNow platform design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, as well as integrationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
