Within our Business Unit Industry , we design, manufacture, and install plant and pipeline systems suitable for all media, pressure, and temperature ranges. Through new construction projects, complex modernizations, shutdowns, and maintenance work, we enable our customers to continuously improve their infrastructure and achieve greater efficiency and modernization. As an experienced partner to the process industry, we are present in all relevant European markets with our own personnel, including branches in Germany, Austria, and Romania.
To strengthen our team at our new branch in Kilpilathi (Finland) , we are looking for a technically skilled and personally convincing professional as soon as possible.
Your responsibilites :
- As a Senior Project Manager (m / f / d) you will assume full responsibility for leading, controlling and overseeing projects of varying size in chemical, petrochemical and industrial plant construction.
- Act as the main point of contact and communication partner for customers, suppliers and the project team; responsible for clarifying, defining and reviewing project requirements and deliverables, including project costs
- Coordinate and lead the project team, including all assigned staff
- Focus on ensuring that all project phases are executed technically, on time and within budget (e.g., acquisition, costing, bid preparation, negotiations, claim management, through to final accounting).
- Define and coordinate internal project communication as well as document and data management
- Ensure maintenance of project-related records and documentation through your project structuring
- Maintain overall project oversight through plan reviews and regular reporting during the entire project lifecycle.
Your profile :
Successfully completed technical and / or commercial training / technical college / university degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering)Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, preferably gained in a company active in plant and piping constructionSound commercial and technical knowledge in project managementStrong organizational skills and team orientation, with a confident manner toward customers and colleaguesExcellent communication skills in Finnish and English; German is an advantageProficient in all common MS Office applicationsResilience, flexibility and strong customer orientationWillingness to travel for single or multiple days, and occasionally for several months to construction sites in Germany and other European countriesWhat we offer :
