Senior Domain Architect, Supply Chain and Emerging Technologies

You will shape the Fazer Group’s Domain Architecture for Supply Chain, building a strong foundation for the future. The other half of your focus goes into driving AI innovation, turning new opportunities into practical solutions that create value across the business.

As Domain Architect for Supply Chain, you will own and develop the ICT architecture for your domain, ensuring it supports business needs today and into the future. This includes defining guidelines and principles, setting the technical vision, and collaborating with stakeholders to create roadmaps and solution designs. You may also play a role in shaping the platform architecture of our SAP ERP landscape.

Additionally, you will guide the Fazer Group on our journey to explore, evaluate, and implement the most relevant emerging technologies, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence. You will help identify impactful use cases, support both business and ICT teams in leveraging AI, and act as an ambassador who inspires and drives adoption of modern technologies across the organization.

Your key stakeholders are business process and data owners and managers located in business line organizations. You work closely with other Domain Architects as well as Solution Leads within ICT.

In this permanent position you will report to Director, Enterprise Architect which is also a leader of Data & Process Excellence team. Location of this position is in Vantaa, Finland, where we work mainly onsite.

What you’ll bring to the team?

• Experience of Supply Chain processes and related technologies
• Knowledge and experience within Emerging Technologies (AI as a dominant technology at the moment)
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP ECC and / or new S4)
• Experience of ERP related development programs
• Holistic understanding of business processes and how technologies can support them

You are equally comfortable with high-level planning and hands-on improvement, and you are focused on achieving set goals. You’re at home in fast-paced environments and project settings, where you lead with confidence, prioritize and solve problems effectively, continuously improve ways of working, and act as a positive force that keeps the team connected and moving forward. You speak both the technical and business languages fluently and adapt your message to suit the audience, always focusing on delivering value to Fazer.

You communicate and present fluently both in Finnish and English. Your professionalism is based on a Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field (or corresponding knowledge gained through practical experience).
