The Position :

We are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager to our store in Helsinki. The position is part-time, on average 30 hours per week. Our Assistant Store Managers are focused, hardworking and energetic. We’d like you to be a motivated employee who likes to work in a fast-paced environment. You will help bring a unique shopping and product experience to our customers. You will work alongside the Store Manager to promote the development of both yourself as well as your team, in order to create positive growth and reach the store goals together. Beyond Retro is dedicated to providing a sustainable solution to fast fashion. As part of the team, you have the opportunity to make a difference to not only the store but to our business as a whole.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Motivate the team to meet sales and operational objectives
• Assist in controlling and managing all aspects of the day-to-day store operations
• Assist in keeping our people and our customers safe and happy
• Be an energetic and engaged team player who has a positive impact on the work environment
• Find ways to improve our carbon footprint as a company and share it with us!
• Deputize for the Store Manager
