The Opportunity

As a Manager in our People Consulting practice, you will lead client engagements focused on transforming organizations, People Functions and Workforce capabilities. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions that enable organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving talent landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects in organizational, HR or workforce transformation, including operating model design, HR technology enablement, and organizational redesign.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess current HR capabilities and co-create future-state solutions.
  • Manage project teams
  • Drive business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
  • Stay ahead of trends in workforce strategy, digital HR and AI, and organizational effectiveness.

Skills and Attributes for Success

We’re seeking a dynamic consultant with proven experience in at least two of the following areas :

  • HR transactions (e.g., M&A, carve-outs, integrations)
  • HR operating model development
  • HR technology development and implementation
  • Organisational design
  • Organisational transformations
  • What we look for

  • 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in HR or workforce transformation.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Fluent in English and Finnish languages
