About the Role

We are seeking experienced RF / electronics design engineers to join our growing team in Tampere or Espoo. As Finland’s best antenna design services provider, Radientum works with companies worldwide to deliver reliable wireless communication and sensing solutions across smart wearables, sensors, gateways, home appliances, and automotive applications.

While every device that communicates wirelessly needs one or more antennas, many of them need a custom RF-frontend or electronics design done by an RF expert.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior RF / electronics Design Engineer, you will :

• Design RF-frontends for diverse customer projects spanning multiple product categories and technologies
• Work alongside world-class antenna engineers on cutting-edge wireless solutions
• Use simulation and layout software as your primary design tools, with hands-on prototype measurement and optimization
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Collaborate with component suppliers and project stakeholders
• Contribute to both customer projects and internal research initiatives

Each project presents unique challenges and opportunities to innovate in the rapidly evolving wireless technology landscape.
