Customer Success Manager (Remote – Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, UK, or France)

At M-Files, we help our customers succeed by ensuring they get measurable value from our intelligent information management solutions. As a  Customer Success Manager (CSM) , you’ll play a key role in driving that success by owning and growing a portfolio of customer relationships across the Nordics.

You’ll work closely with decision-makers and stakeholders within your customer organizations, expanding your network and influence while ensuring that M-Files technology delivers tangible business outcomes. Your mission is to help customers achieve their goals with M-Files, maximize adoption, and ensure an exceptional experience across our products and services.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across M-Files and act as the voice of the customer internally, bringing feedback, insights, and opportunities back into our organization. In the early stages of a customer’s journey, you’ll partner with our Services team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful user adoption.

Key success metrics :

• Customer growth and retention (Gross Retention)
• Expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Customer satisfaction and advocacy
