Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Finnish-speaking customers through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to software and hardware products.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear and effective solutions.
- Document all support interactions accurately in the support management system, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and effectively resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to assess satisfaction with the support provided.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable and effective support.
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with remote support tools and experience with CRM systems is a plus.Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.A keen interest in technology and a desire for continuous professional development in the tech industry.Benefits
