Sales Manager - Finland / Baltics
to drive growth and strengthen our market presence
Role Summary
We are looking for a hungry, self-driven, and technically capable Sales Manager to take responsibility for sales and customer relations in Finland and the Baltic region.
This role is ideal for someone who can communicate at different organisational levels — from technical experts to executive decision makers — and who wants to build long-term customer partnerships and grow the business.
You will work independently in the field but with strong support from the Nordic team and technical experts in Sweden and Germany. The position also offers a clear long-term career path with the potential to grow into a Country Manager role for Finland & Baltics.
Key Responsibilities
- Full sales and profitability responsibility for Finland and the Baltics with a strong focus on growth and customer development
- Active field sales : lead generation, winning new customers, and deepening existing customer relationships
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from first contact to closing
- Present Micro-Epsilon’s technology and solutions in a value-based and business-oriented way
- Engage confidently with multiple organisational levels, from shop floor to top management
- Collaborate with technical specialists in Sweden and Germany — while maintaining commercial ownership of the customer relationship
- Work systematically with CRM, pipeline, and forecasting to ensure transparency and predictable results
- Represent Micro-Epsilon at trade fairs, seminars, and customer events to strengthen market presence
- Build a long-term growth plan for the region together with the Nordic team
Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in active technical B2B sales, ideally in automation, sensor, or measurement technologyExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with both engineers and senior executivesCommercially driven mindset with a solution-oriented approachEntrepreneurial approach : Independent, structured, and result-oriented — thrives with freedom under responsibilityStrong technical understanding and willingness to learn more about products and applicationsFluent in Finnish and English (Swedish is an advantage)Based in Southern Finland (Helsinki / Tampere area) with willingness to travel regularly to our office in Vantaa and to clientsin Finland and the BalticsValid driver’s licence and access to a car requiredA team player with a long-term mindset — someone who builds markets and relationships step by stepWhy Micro-Epsilon?
