We’re expanding our development team and looking for a skilled Integration & API Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern APIs and integrations for customers in the energy industry utilizing Salesforce platform. In this role, you’ll turn complex data flows into secure, efficient, and scalable solutions that help our clients operate smarter.

Your role

You will design and implement integration solutions that help our customers in the energy sector connect complex systems seamlessly. You’ll work with technologies like Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy, build and consume REST and SOAP APIs, and ensure secure connections through standards like SAML2.0. You’ll also have the opportunity to leverage Kubernetes for container orchestration and use AWS cloud services to create scalable, secure architectures.

Your work will also involve designing and maintaining databases using PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, and PL / pgSQL. Our small but efficient team ensures you’ll get to contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

We are looking for

• Strong experience in designing and implementing APIs and integrations.
• Excellent Python development skills, especially with frameworks like FastAPI .
• Practical knowledge of REST, SOAP , and security protocols like SAML2.0 .
• Solid database skills : PostgreSQL , TimescaleDB , and PL / pgSQL .
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Broad understanding of AWS services (architecture, deployment, scalability).
• Ability to communicate effectively in Finnish and English.
