As a Solution Specialist , you’ll get to design unique solutions for use cases nobody else has been able to crack.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Solution Specialist you’ll play a business-critical role in ensuring Bluugo’s Tracking CloudⓇ delivers value by shaping it around each customer’s needs, processes and data models . Your role is cross-functional by nature, as you’ll work closely with sales, onboarding, and product development. You’ll be the go-to expert on how Tracking CloudⓇ behaves for real users – and how we can make it better.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Working directly with customers to understand their processes, needs and pain points, and translating those into real solutions.
  • Hands-on configuration of environments to match each customer’s data models, workflows, user roles and views, and sustainability-related regulatory compliance (e.g. EU Deforestation Regulation, Digital Product Pass).
  • Collaborating with Bluugo’s Customer Success Managers : running workshops, suggesting improvements, iterating with customers, and implementing changes.
  • Supporting go-lives, troubleshooting configuration issues, and working with internal teams to resolve bugs or propose improvements.
  • Representing the customer in our internal product development feedback loop – your insights help shape our roadmap for future feature updates.

Who will succeed and thrive in this role

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in solving operational challenges in logistics, manufacturing, or other complex B2B environments either in a similar solution consulting or implementation role or from the customer side.

Additionally, the following traits indicate you’ll succeed in this role :

  • Excellent communication and interaction skills.
  • Confidence to guide and challenge customers in shaping solutions that solve the right problems.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English (we value greatly if you speak German in addition, but that is not required).
  • You enjoy working from the office and being around your team in person.
